Mortal Kombat 11 is one of the most anticipated games of 2019 and, as seen by the reveal earlier this month, NetherRealm Studios is determined to spoonfeed fans new information and show off more gameplay through its series of Twitch streams.
Fans of Mortal Kombat X and Injustice 2 will remember NetherRealm streams that revealed either new characters or features for those upcoming games. Mortal Kombat 11 will mark the return of the Kombat Kast.
At the Mortal Kombat 11 Reveal event, NetherRealm Community Manager Tyler Lansdown announced that the Kombat Kasts will start again on Wednesday, January 30 and included a tease of an unannounced character.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE MORTAL KOMBAT 11 KAST?
So what can Mortal Kombat 11 fans expect from the first Twitch stream? Lansdown teased a new character reveal as fans saw a blue blur run across the screen during The Reveal livestream. This likely means the return of Kabal.
With so many features in the game, fans will probably learn more about the character customization options. Lansdown did say on Twitter that there's still a lot of things they can't talk about so expectations should be kept to a minimum.
Mortal Kombat 11 is set to release April 23 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
